Any phone that is not listed as 'Buy It Today Get It Tomorrow' or is not in stock will be shipped within 7-10 business days.
Delivery time for out of stock items can be delayed due to changes in shipping schedules, carrier delays and overseas suppliers changing dates. Any shipping dates that we give you are estimates only and we apologise in advance for any delays that may be experienced.

Don’t worry, it’s in good hands and once we ship your new mobile, we’ll email you a URL and a tracking number so you can keep an eye on where it is and when to expect it.
What if I am not there to pick up my phone?
It’s exciting to get a new phone, so we hope that you will be there to pick it up when the Toll courier arrives! Toll make deliveries during business hours (08:00 - 17:30 AEST Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) so whatever address you list as your shipping address is where we will send it. It would really help if you’re there between these times. If you’re not going to be around, we suggest nominating a friend (not someone who is going to steal it for themselves!) to be there to meet the Toll courier. If no one is there to meet them, they'll just leave you a note to call them (or you can call them on 13 15 31), to arrange a time to re-deliver that is convenient for you. Please note that Toll Priority does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
1. Orders placed before 2:30PM AEST will be shipped on the same day provided they have been, if necessary, security cleared by Tiger Mobile.
